Refund Policy

This Policy applies to Zylo subscriptions and trial charges processed through PhonePe.

Trial and recurring charges

The price, trial fee, trial duration, billing period, and renewal amount are shown before you authorise a PhonePe mandate. Unless cancelled, the mandate may be used for recurring charges according to your selected plan.

Cancellations

You may cancel an active subscription through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation prevents future renewal attempts after it is processed. Access already paid for may continue through the current period.

Refund eligibility

Completed subscription and trial charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an amount charged incorrectly, a charge completed after a confirmed cancellation, or a material technical failure that prevented access to the paid Service.

How to request a review

Email support@zyloapp.bharataiworks.com within seven days of the charge. Include your registered phone number (masked where possible), transaction or PhonePe order identifier, charge date and amount, and a short description. Do not send OTPs, UPI PINs, or full banking credentials.

Processing

We may request additional evidence and verify the transaction with PhonePe. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel and may take the time specified by PhonePe or your financial institution.

Chargebacks

Contacting us first usually allows faster investigation. Fraudulent or abusive refund claims may result in account restrictions.
