Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zylo application, website, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the phone number, one-time passwords, username, and activity associated with your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain unlawful or abusive material.

2. Service content

Zylo may display AI-generated or AI-assisted influencer profiles and posts. Such content is fictional or synthetic unless explicitly stated otherwise. You should not treat it as professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.

3. User comments

You retain responsibility for comments you submit. You grant Zylo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and moderate those comments for operating and improving the Service. Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or privacy-violating content.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, trial fees, and trial duration are shown before purchase. Recurring payments are processed by PhonePe. Unless cancelled, a subscription may renew automatically under the mandate you approve. You can cancel through the available subscription-management flow; cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed charge.

5. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malware, abuse payment or OTP systems, or use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, profiles, or content. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, design, and Zylo-provided content are owned by or licensed to Zylo and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, personal right to use the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Zylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Zylo’s principal place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
